We get a lot of questions on how it is to run a cake business. We are three ladies who loved baking cakes at home and decided to take it to the next level. With a little help from people who knew how to run a business, we set up a central kitchen and got started. We hired delivery boys and chefs to take care of the regular cake business and we focused on making more varieties of cakes and cakes for special occasions. But, preparing cakes at a commercial level is a very different challenge altogether.
